Fabric:  
For optimal fit and comfort, it is recommended to sew the set using fabrics with approximately 40% elasticity or more. I like to use a slightly thicker fabric such as french terry for the shorts, and a thinner fabric such as jersey, interlock, or bamboo for the top. These fabrics are comfortable and will ensure that the garments are soft and comfortable when worn.
